Clockwork Health Group is founded and led by Nicola Simms — a registered Mental Health Nurse, ADOS-2 Assessor and care-sector consultant with over a decade of frontline experience.
A clinician who also runs the business side.
I'm Nicola — a UK registered Mental Health Nurse and ADOS-2 Assessor. I started my healthcare journey as a healthcare assistant over a decade ago and have since worked across acute and non-acute mental health, rehab, substance misuse, older adult, CAMHS, community and care home settings.
On the clinical side, I conduct ADOS-2 assessments for children and adults as part of a multi-disciplinary team through Clockwork Neurocare. Final diagnosis is made by the team's clinical psychologist — my role is structured observation, scoring and report-writing within the ADOS-2 framework.
On the business side I help people start UK care agencies, get CQC registered, write winning tenders and pick up new private and local-authority care contracts. I also run a marketing, websites, virtual assistants and AI receptionist arm for care businesses, plus the Go Private comparison service for individuals shopping for private health assessments.
